We provide junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services as described on this website. Quotes provided online, by text, or by phone are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, material, labor, and access. All appointments are subject to crew availability.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the items, property, access, and requested work. You are responsible for identifying items that must not be removed and for providing safe, reasonable access to the agreed material.
3. Estimates and payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless another arrangement is agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when service is scheduled or completed. Failure to pay may result in collection activity permitted by law.
4. Cancellations and scheduling
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation fee or rescheduling condition will be disclosed when the appointment is confirmed; this website does not state a blanket cancellation fee.
5. Prohibited and regulated material
We may refuse hazardous, unsafe, illegal, or regulated material, including asbestos, explosives, medical waste, fuel, chemicals, and other items that require a specialized facility. You are responsible for disclosing these materials before work begins.
6. Property and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed hazards, or damage that results from inaccurate instructions or undisclosed conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where California law does not allow it.
